Rude service and undercooked old chicken

Actully, the worst take out order we've ever received! Traveled 11 hours, by car , as we're heading home for Christmas. Placed an order at windows, not especially a friendly or patient person taking the order. The young gal taking the payment was friendly... only reason I gave a 2 star for service. Got our food and went to hotel. Checked in at the hotel, got our stuff to the room, sat down opened the bag of food, total of 4 pcs. of chicken, lg. mashed potatoes & gravy, for 2 people.
