Guy at the window between 2 and 3 on 3/19 was rude.There was no one in line when we ordered a 16 piece chicken family meal and we were told that we couldn't add jalapenos on our order at the window that we had to drive around to order it. Then we had to wait on the order we couldn't add on to. He's was very unprofessional
It's probably been 10yrs since I've eaten at/from a KFC's & this one gave me faith that there are still good ones out there. Went in after 1pm & ordered a 36 piece nugget & 2 large fries & a drink. My husband & I were not disappointed.
Over $60 for a bucket of chicken and one extra large side. Ordered exca crispy. Get home. No gravy, one side missing completely and all the chicken is soggy and squishy. Absolutely ridiculous.
Walked in and ordered, I was the only customer in the store. I ordered 35 minutes goes by and the worker asked me what i ordered. I replied you took my order. She asked for my receipt to see what I had ordered. Fixed my order but I was there 40 minutes. Get home and some of the food was missing. So KFC you lost a good customer
