I placed my order through my instacart app. The app indicated the order was ready. I arrived in the order was not ready and took an additional 20 minutes to be prepared. I understand that chicken takes time to cook, however the app should not have indicated that the food was ready if it was not. Not sure if this was an instacart issue or a KFC. I was given a bundt cake free of charge for the delay which was very nice.
I came on Saturday October 18 around 9:30 PM….. I ordered a two piece combo meal and then they asked me if I wanted to upgrade and get another side with a large drink. I agreed to it and I paid $11.11, Yet, when I got home, I only had one side which was potato wedges. I didn’t get the mashed potatoes that I also ordered. The BEST service I could ever have out of fast food. I had ordered my food correctly & the girl said it back without me realizing that she thought she heard my drink. Went back my fault n said I did not get my meal n was not on the receipt…they gave me my food at no price n I wanted to pay for cause I was not charged for it only my drink. The Manager said here. They are very reasonable & fast on their food. Good job guy n lady’s keep up the good work. I live in lapeer n drive all this way cause lapeer in Garbage
