One time, I ordered a chicken sandwich but with no pickles nor mayo but they ignored my request so I got a normal chicken sandwich, but now I don't mind it. I know people complain that they take too long but I saw the restaurant short-staffed so its reasonable as to why it takes long.
Server was rude and knowledgeable about product and considerate service was very very very slow. Waited over 15 minutes for just two menu items.
Very clean place and great atmosphere.
