I usually don't have a "bad" experience here. However, over the years, the quality of the chicken has gone down incredibly at all chains. I understand that the KFC is trying to cut costs and maximize profit, but please understand this encourages me to take my business elsewhere. My complaint pertains to the date of 3/29/12.
