At 2:12 pm, I bought two thighs, original. I opened when at home and the pieces were hard and dry. Must have set under lamp for a long while (last time--good). I am really disappointed! Zendeya provided excellent customer service. She explained all the menu items and deals to my family, helping us choose the best options since we are tourists and not very familiar with the area. KFC should be proud of such a young lady with a warm smile and great attitude. She truly deserves a raise for her hard work. I highly recommend this location.
