Restaurant is a little cramped with some unnecessary seating, and they sure can be slow in peak times - however I don't understand why it would be rated down so low, overall. This is a well run restaurant with great consistency in their food quality. Overworked staff are still generally pleasant. The prices have shot through the roof for chicken, apparently, but KFC is seems to be doing their best at least offer some specials. The restaurant's Taco Bell side is also consistent.
This place is just awful. We ordered sweet tea, two chicken sandwiches, and a baja blast. The screen said unsweetened tea. When we got up to the windows and ask to make sure it's sweet tea instead. The girl at the window said they didn't have a sweet tea button, we said ok. She closes the window, and another employee asks what we complained about.
