Ordered the 6 tender, 6 chicken, coleslaw, potatoes w/gravy and biscuits delivered to my hotel. Was very disappointed: No plates, napkins, silverware, butter, honey, salt or pepper. Coleslaw was half full, tasteless and no sauce. Mashed potatoes was half full. Biscuits were cold and hard. On the bright side it was delivered promptly.
HORRIBLE!! Completely raw chicken. Bloody. Didn't get our family 4 biscuits. Called over and over no answer. Calling corporate for reporting of food poisoning potential. Shut it down. This happens every time you go there.
We just left from there and is as busy as it was the chicken should not have been cold, but it was. The biscuits were hard as if they had been sitting there forever. The only thing that was even remotely warm what was the mashed potatoes. And they made us wait for nothing When they weren’t even really that busy. I’m guessing because if they weren’t that busy than the Food would not have been cold, right
On Sunday August 17, 2025, we were driving through Hannibal to eat a quick lunch on our way to Illinois. What a mistake that was! Two people working and taking care of only the drive through and Door Dash orders. Many people waiting at the counter for food that was not to be served. We paid for our lunch and never received it, because we waited for over a half hour. Don't stop here, it is a trap. To make things worse, we called KFC headquarters and they are even worse. They are going to review the incident! Wow
