On Sunday August 17, 2025, we were driving through Hannibal to eat a quick lunch on our way to Illinois. What a mistake that was! Two people working and taking care of only the drive through and Door Dash orders. Many people waiting at the counter for food that was not to be served. We paid for our lunch and never received it, because we waited for over a half hour. Don't stop here, it is a trap. To make things worse, we called KFC headquarters and they are even worse. They are going to review the incident! Wow
Food is good. But the service is always slow. They ran out of biscuits and had people waiting in drive-thru and inside for over 30 minutes.
I thought this place was closed. I was wrong.
Food was ok, got a 12 piece meal barly enough patatoes for 2, needs a good cleaning, didn't appear very clean. Maybe needs an update?
