Charged me for a meal I did not receive then refused to resolve the issue and refund me my $ even when provided the receipt. They were doing good then went to crap again.
The only place that can serve you a warm (room temperature) diet Pepsi without ice when you ordered a regular Pepsi. Who would even serve a warm soda? Who drinks warm soda? Why no ice bro? was it too expensive? They constantly forget to include napkins. its not just a 1-time accident as they have done this consistently every week for the last 2 months. Poor management
Place is normally my go to but tonight I walk in to 7 people who have already ordered and been waiting at least 20 minutes. Lady at the front was so baked she didn’t know where the chicken tender meal’s were. Then the ice machine was down. 45 minutes later and I finally got my food. All I ordered was 4 piece hot honey combo with Mac n cheese side. Sorry kfc but you have dropped the ball today.
Another struggling with keeping workers and stuff but the workers they do have are keeping it well taken care of the to the best of their ability
