I had a very pleasant experience with an employee named China. She always makes my visit very memorable!
Placed order on kiosk at 7:12. 20 minutes later they tell us they don't have enough chicken. Asked for a refund. Ok wait a minute. 5 minutes wait a minute again. 5 more minutes wait again. I got mad at that point and yelled. Ok now you're really going to wait. Finally got my refund at 7:49 I will NEVER spend another $ at this location or franchise ever again.
Ordered takeout through the KFC app for the second time at this location. Food was ready on time, accurate and was good... Bucket of original recipe and sides. Restaurant was clean. The area for ordering and/or waiting for takeout is kind of cramped if more than a couple people are waiting. The only thing negative unrelated to my personal experience was when I walked up to the counter the person behind the counter said they were all out of dark meat before I could say anything.
