Yesterday at about 6:39 PM I pulled into the drive-through at KFC on Airline Boulevard in Portsmouth, Virginia. I have not been to this KFC Since the pandemic. The upper right quadrant of the Drive-through menu was broken and located behind the lower right quadrant of the menu. As a result, I couldn’t read what yesterday‘s specials were. Absolutely the very worst chicken and service ever. Two women working and store not busy. I had a pick up order and waited 10 minutes before one of them acknowledged me! Then when I asked if the biscuits were in the order she barked at me and said you see the box? No wonder this is the worst store ever, chicken isn’t good anymore. Do not go there
