When I tell u this place is horrible I’m not BS… they have no customer service number one. This my 3rd time coming here and they don’t have tenders and other types of chicken. Then they only have enough for one order. So I got the order the fries are old as HELL and the chicken is too. Honestly I’d never try to come here again strike three.
Went there around 9:30 was told there was no chicken sandwiches, but I was the only one there and they could’ve made one for me, but they chose not to and then I ordered some chicken and it was old tasted old. The potatoes were old and cold..
I have ordered food and hour on door dash. They are waiting on my order they have canceled by two-piece and macaroni and cheese and biscuits I'm waiting on two spicy chicken sandwiches or fried and a Pepsi and my doordasher is still at the building waiting on my delivery to be picked up. He said he he had to wait to get their attention at the drive-thru nobody would come to the drive-thru he's waiting to pick up my food this is unacceptable
This location never has chispy white meat. I would say out of 5 visits only 1 time had my order. I wouldn't waste my time sitting in line for 15 minutes to then have nothing.
These girls have no customer service skills. Just rude ash. I bit into the BBQ chicken and immediately started throwing up. The food made me sick. The girl in the drive thru eating while she assisting me. She never opened her mouth to say anything
