I am very disappointed with them the chicken is burnt the biscuits are so hard you can't eat them. The potatos were over cooked. I asked for cole slaw but got Mac and cheese instead. I paid $42 for this dinner and we can't even eat it. This place is not even worth one star. I called to complain about the food the manager was not helpful at all. The best thing was the Baja Blast as always..... Slaw wasn't bad either, but the bowl wasn't filled completely either. The mashed potatoes had a small dollop of gravy, lol.... Ordered original, think I got almost burnt extra crispy! Now, I remember why I don't eat here. I didn't taste not 1 herb or spice, much less 7! Biscuit was buttery, but it was hard around the edges! Please do better!

Food is great when they do it correctly. And so is service whenever the right people are working. There’s a lovely hispanic young man who is always almost in the drive thru, well mannered, attentive and friendly. He always makes sure to get my order right, asks me how I am that day, and proceeds to do his job. Very professional. However, the rest seem to always be on edge or tired. This place has improved dramatically since the previous visit. The staff was much more courteous and helpful. The food quality definitely needs to improve still, but it's on its way
