Sad day at Payson KFC. I’ve gotten things here in the past. They never seem too concerned with giving hot and fresh food so I don’t know why I go back or why I thought it would be different ordering delivery. It definately wasn’t. Not only was the food cold (the cheese on the incorrect mashed potato bowl wasn’t even melted) but we received the wrong items. My wife and I walked in here to get some chicken. It had been quite awhile since either of us had been to a KFC. She had to use the bathroom real quick, came out and said it was filthy. On top of that I had been looking at the menu, and it was $23 for 8 pieces of chicken. Even if I was a millionaire I wouldn't pay that for 8 pieces of chicken. It's the principal. The speed and accuracy of these people is so amazing the food was warm and delicious I came in during dinner rush and they were so nice and told me it would take 15 minutes for the food to be done but it literally only took them 10 minutes to pack a big order for me and my friends, and they made sure to get everything I ordered, it was amazing service and everything, I will be definitely coming back here again.
Terrible experience. Despite no customer around and empty drive up had no chicken even cooking? Left will not return!
