My experience at the Taco Bell location was completely unacceptable. The food quality was terrible—the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out far too long, and the warmer was showing fault codes, which is a serious red flag for food safety. On top of that, my order was made wrong, and the staff showed no urgency or concern in fixing it. The dining room was also a mess—dirty tables, unclean surroundings, and clearly not being maintained. The day crew is good but the night shift will leave food out of orders.
Food is good but the wait times are incredible. Bring food and a few days worth if drinking water for the wait. This location makes me wish I didn't like Taco Bell. I wonder if corporate is aware of this disaster of a store?
Was so disappointed they had no coleslaw,I asked why and she said they had the cabbage but no dressing for it.How the heck would they let the inventory get that low,!!
