Once again what we ordered wasn't available. They offered to substitute with an overcooked leg. We won't bother going there again.

One of the worst fast food places i have ever visited and has been for 20+ years. Almost every single thing was wrong in last order. Two 100$ completely wrong meals.
Ordered a famous bowl, got 4 popcorn chicken in it and 2 were not eatable….the man with disgusting teeth that took my order was beyond rude. Also he took my cash and then grabbed my biscuits with the same gloves, and I just told him to keep them. Hopefully they do an overhaul there because that’s not the first time I felt aggression from staff. Nobody is making you work there. If you hate your job then quit!
The last few times we have eaten here. The orders have been wrong, either missing items or items missing things that belong on them. And when you schedule an order for pickup at a specific time and still wait a half an hour, it's a little ridiculous.
