Came in with my family. It was not busy at the time. They didn't give me the apple sauce with the kids meal, the extra sauce we paid for, or chicken in the famous bowl I ordered. When I approached the counter, 3 different people looked at me or walked right by me and never even acknowledged me. After I flagged a worker down I was told they didn't have applesauce and then the worker went back to texting on thier phone. No attempt to offer something else. The people working here have zero customer service skills.
Everytime I come in here it takes FOREVER. There can be nobody in here even. Tonight I witnessed a lady ask for her money back. Her whole family ate and then hers still wasn’t done. Every else in here doesn’t have the food either. I don’t either. Y’all need new employees
Had to wait for 45minutes for 8 pieces of chicken one lady was leaving and ask me why it was taking so long for my order they had slipped over. Will not go back. Fries were cold was a mess and know one said good bye were sorry or anything. For the cost they need to do better.
