Southcreek Powhatan KFC has messed up my order for 3rd consecutive visit. First time they shorted 2 drinks as 2 meals for 2 comes with 2x2=4 not 2. 2nd order via app they refused to process despite my card being charged bc they said their systems were down and they refused to honor the same pricing bc they said they were app only specials. 3rd order they shorted me 1pc chicken (redeemed from 1500pts on app) and they subbed regular instead of secret recipe fries. Went there the other day with my boyfriend and the food was amazing, and the customer service was top tier!!! 10/10 going again next time for dinner!!! 👍
