Got good service from Ellen, Teguan. Courteous even after changing my order. Much better experience than Altoona, PA. I will go back to the Ebensburg KFC.
They were under staffed on Sunday, took a half hour to get our food after it was ordered in the lobby. The meals were pitiful, cold chicken fingers. Ordered a famous bowl to go and it was only potatoes and some chicken. No gravy, corn, or cheese. Very disappointed in this location!
The tables are never cleaned and the roof looks like it has mold growing on it. The absolute worst service I have ever had, the workers just walked away from the front counter without saying anything to us. I will never be going back to this place
