The food was good I had an issue with one of the sides and they replaced it with another without an issue the employees were nice
Ordered food on the app at 3:50 pm on July 18 2025 did a couple of errands the app told me it was ready came in to pick up stood at the counter for a good 5 to 8 minutes before anyone waited on me only to be told the chicken wasn’t ready and it would be another 35 minutes before anyone. At 4:58 I got my food. Fries were Luke warm and no kfc staff after to remedy the situation. Unacceptable
I was very pleased with the food as always. I was not pleased with the music that was playing in this KFC. It was Spanish music and I could not understand a word of it and as far as I could see there were no Spanish-speaking people even in the restaurant nor working in the back. Our group sat in the restaurant to dine for about 40 minutes. I called KFC while still sitting in the restaurant to complain about the music. This is the USA and we speak English. Are not open during posted hours!
Showed up at 8:00 to get dinner was told that the items on the menu were very limited. No chicken at KFC?? Was told the friers needed cleaned. How can you run a business like this? Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be back.
