Fiancee stopped to get a bowl and me a side of coleslaw for the ride home. Food was great.
We ordered food online with plenty of time to prepare the order the manager was rude when asked how much longer it would be. We had been waiting plenty of time after time schedule for pick up. Ended up waiting over an hour for food and was refused a refund.
Terrible service. Food took over an hour and it was already paid for and they refused to give a refund.
My kids love KFC it's just really unfortunate that the one in Ebensburg is soo terrible! Every SINGLE time we go there (atleast once a week) during PEAK DINNER HOURS.. they have NO CHICKEN and there's gonna be a LONG wait... I'm a server myself so I'm always giving them the benefit of the doubt... idk who runs that place but there's gotta be a better system then what they got going on! If you don't want to spend your whole evening waiting for chicken, I recommend not going to KFC in ebensburg... I keep going because my kids ... read more
Food was old and we waited over an hour for it. It was ordered 5 hours in advance and the people working their were very rude except one person actually doing their jobs. We ordered enough food for 6 people and only got half of it. This is ridiculous. My family will never be going back after this experience.
