I had an amazing experience at this KFC.The food was fresh, hot, and super tasty where the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just how it should be. The fries were so good and seasoned perfectly, and my drink was nice and cold. The workers were friendly and fast with my order, even though the place was pretty busy. The restaurant looked clean to me.

Website is awful to do! Paid on the website got there to pick up food no order was there! Paid again, received 3 pieces of old greasy chicken! Biscuits were smashed; got 10 packets of butter some were leaking so had a greasy mess! Tried to tell them about the website needing fixing and got the window shut in my face! So needless to say, not going to return will go to Kwik Trip for chicken next time! Don't waste your time unless you want a greasy mess, smashed biscuits, greasy old chicken! Will NOT return!

Just left this place buying dinner and this is what I experienced when I arrived home! I bought 2 number 3 meals and this is how the chicken looked. Spent 27$ for some uncooked chicken! This is the location on Interstate 35 and Pleasant Run Road in DeSoto Tx. These people are going to eventually get someone sick!!!!! If you in the area and have a craving for some chicken, I warn you please do not stop at this location. They are basically handing out uncooked meat!!!!!

On Tuesday my autistic son and I went to pick our food up. That was ready 30 min prior. When we arrived, after 10 minutes were told it was stolen and they can't watch customers. We weren't happy. Sure i said wow cant you do your job..we were told by the manager that my son and I were racist and to #$%@ my son and my mother. We left with no food. The store is the worst KFC store in the country, is Conyers Ga Salem rd. This is the 3rd time i ordered from the Kiosk and while waiting on the order to be prepared for 20 mins, then they informed me that they don't have any chicken, and it would be a 45 min wait time now, this after i have paid for my order. How can a chicken place be opened and all they sell is chicken, and they don't have any chicken make it make since i can see this happening maybe once or twice, but every time OMG. I visited your Tappahannock KFC today, there was not any customers in there probably due to the ceiling leaking which probably can't be helped. we ordered 2 five dollar fillups , I asked for mac and cheese with mine, the girl must have been new and forgot to charge me extra. There was only a few cars in the drive thru and the other woman working in there spoke up and said I don't have time for this. I just said give me the mashed potato.With service like that I can't see this location staying in business very long.
