A place that the main things is the fried chicken no fried chicken at 10:45pm because they about to close at 12 am ridiculous and employees with attitude like mad bc u went there!
Disgusting cold dry food. Manger is beyond rude. Roaches all over store. Just stay away.
I am a regular DoorDash driver at this location and the service is consistently unacceptable. The older female manager on duty ignores delivery drivers entirely, focusing only on the drive-thru. Today, I waited 30 minutes just for two drinks that were already ready. No one acknowledges drivers until we have to be loud just to be seen. This store needs a better system for delivery pickups and a manager who actually manages the lobby
It seems they're expensive at adding gravy to coleslaw; they didn't put anything on it, they need good training.
What a bunch of inept and rude staff. For the second time they messed up my order (placed in person) and when I called to complaint, first they hung up on me 3 times. On the 4th try the young guy who answered the phone, could only answer to me with a "uhm, uhm." I asked to speak to the manager and when he told her I wanted to speak with her, she told him "I'm busy, hung up the phone." My next step is to call corporate on these people. I'm paying for service that I'm not getting.
