Friendly service and fast to receive to go order.
Worse experience ever. Yelled at me for mishearing them in the drive thru and then when I went to pull up they walked past and ignored me for 10 minutes. And then found out the food I was doordashing for was stolen and they refused to remake it and yelled at me again that it’s not their problem and told me to leave.
Came in today Aug. 23 to dine-in. Had the 2 piece 1 drumstick w/ 1 side, biscuit and a small beverage. Everything was finger-licking good. Couple other people were complaining but frankly I don't understand what was wrong. This is actually a good KFC with decent employees and good service. I'd love for some customers to just try to work the drive-thru at KFC when it gets busy—they could never! So stop complaining. Thank you KFC! 🍗
I came to this KFC location to pick up my order, but when I arrived, the order was already gone. That was frustrating enough, but what made the experience far worse was the way I was treated by the staff. Instead of handling the situation politely, they were rude and unprofessional. Even more upsetting, they made fun of my appearance, which left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. No customer should ever be treated this way.
