Today (Thursday 4.16.26) approximately 430pm. I visited the KFC in Clermont and was profoundly disappointed in the food. The lady was very pleasant and polite. I ordered a 2 piece but was charged and received a 3 piece. The chicken was dried out, hard and cooked in very old/burnt oil. The biscuit was as hard as a brick and so were the fries. Being from Kentucky, knew the Colonel who was a true hard worker and gentleman, we visit many stores and enjoy his recipes. He would be sick and disgusted if he attempted to eat the meal I purchased, a three piece dinner, at this location on Hwy 50, in Clermont, Fl. Please know, this is business and not personal. Not good, need to change the oil in thier friers. Food not fresh. Disappointed..
