I had a very upsetting experience at this KFC location. From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off — the staff were polite to others but dismissive and rude toward me. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently because of who I am, and that kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, especially in a restaurant that’s supposed to serve everyone equally. How do you have watery bbg sauce. If you're going to advertise dipped chicken, it needs to look like the photo on the menu. I will say, the buffalo dipping sauce was really good though. Please make sure the dipped chicken is the way it use to be, nice and thick. I wanted to enjoy this.
