Placed an order and was charged for two drinks I did not want. I'm diabetic and can't drink soda pop. The clerk Nia refused to refund the price of the pop. I ended up leaving without receiving any of my order. Definitely will not go back to Carthage kfc
All tables dirty at 11am.? Rude staff. Do not recommend.
The manger with purple hair is very rude. All staff is lazy and rude. Day shift at least. All I can say is what a joke. Haven't been here in a few years so decided to give it another go round. Spent over $6 on an eight piece nugget and this is what I get. Not to mention customer service is awful.
