Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC location in Carthage. I placed an order and waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally went inside to check what was going on, I found out they hadn’t even started on my food yet(because they FORGOT). The worst part? I was the only customer there. No line, no rush—just pure disorganization or indifference. If they can’t handle one order in 20+ minutes, I’m not sure how they stay in business. Won’t be coming back!!!
This KFC should just close down its a terrible place and its the managements fault. Makes excuses for the bad behavior of the kids , says what do you expect they are kids . I know be an adult and teach them a life lesson and fire them ! Severed us cold and old food and tried to hide it under the fries , literally buried the nuggets under the fries . Pathetic, lazy , immature employees. On top of that they have a blackboard in there saying Monett farm the chicken came from, wonder if they would like to know that kfc is making... read more
