I paid for extra crispy, the breading was soggy and wet. The last time I had the same thing delivered, it was awesome.
They take such good care of me everytime I am in there all the workers are always such in a great mood help out whenever they can . I am a type 1 diabetic works office next door they always help when I’m in need just love them 10000/10 always
The food was fresh and exactly as ordered. The service was friendly and prompt, every area of the restaurant I saw was very clean, and while there in the early afternoon it was quite calm and pleasant to share a meal in.
I was in West Plaines for a doctor's appointment so my driver and I went through you drive through and your chicken is the BEST fried chicken I've ever had! It was hot, juicy and fried to perfection! The batter was light and perfect. I'm from Mountain Home AR and our KFC closed down after covid so it was a special treat.
Skyla and Marie did a fantastic job. The one at the cashier was patient kind, and very helpful in helping out save money on deals as well as how to order what we wanted. Thank you for doing a great job with patient and diligence.
