Would rate higher but they never answer their phone. How are we supposed to get in touch over any issue we might have if no one ever answers the phone??? Can't give an employee a good review to management nor let them know when an order is messed up as they refuse to answer the phone. I have called at 4pm every day for 2 weeks, I call 5 times at 10 minute intervals and no one has answered.
Could be great if they got your orders right.But it could be worse and they are short staffed but they are doing the best with what they have.
This is the second time we came to this kfc since moving and the food is always mostly unwrapped and the service is poor they act like they can’t hear you and then all of a sudden they can hear you perfectly fine 0-10.
