Can i have my money back??? Why is this restaurant even open?? When they said they couldn't cook wings I was confused. I should have realized NO one was there for a reason. I ordered a chicken sandwich, the chicken was hard as a rock. It was soooo overcooked, would have been a better frisby. Fries were mediocre. Chicken and mashed potatoes were OK. Worst meal ever. I feel so sick. This is horrible food!! Lil lady at the window was super sweet, but I wish she would have told us to only order chicken or go somewhere else.
Listen folks, I dont know who is over this KFC in athens al but first of all your business hours online says 9pm closing time. Change this bs if you are closing earlier than that. No body wants to waste freaking gas driving here! Secondly, that little girl that you have working on this shift, on 3-11-2026 needs to get out the window if she isn't going to have a pleasant attitude with your customers. I will be back tomorrow to address this with the owner.
This KFC does a great job and the employees are awesome. We ordered food to be picked after a funeral. They had the food ready, and it is hot. The entire order was accurate, including sauces, silverware and napkins. This was really appeciated. Thank you so much Athens KFC Team.
Dirty. Very Dirty and I was there 15 minutes after opening no clean tables at all and I think I was the first customer for dine in. Definitely not a crew that likes to see customers coming in
My family and I we going to tour visit around and we visit the KFC for lunch time,was so wonderful the food so good,The courtesy and service si Great and don't remember the name of the cashier bring the food for the table but she was very polite with us and everyone around us, Amazing time !
