Our meal was excellent, Todd was great especially under the current employee situation.....will definitely stop again!!
Extremely poor customer service and rasist remarks. They gave my door dash order to some random guy and refused to remake it or even contact me about there being problem. The skin color of the person you gave my order too doesn't matter to me in the slightest. Why did you not remake my order?
3rd time in 2 weeks I went through the drive thru and they didn't have enough extra crispy to fill a 8 piece bucket. It was different days at different times, what kind of restaurant doesn't have what they are known for available so often. And each time I was told we just had a rush it will take 20 minutes if you're willing to wait.
