If there were a minus 5 star this place would get it. Went in to get some chicken(we love KFC!!). The place stank of old used oil, the floors were sticky in the bathrooms and the other floors were covered in grease. While I was using the bathroom, two employees were sitting at a table, complaining about why didn't one show up for work and preceded to yell at each other with customers sitting at tables eating their food. Good as usual, fast, friendly
yesterday, I used the KFC app to order a chicken pot pie for myself, along with a family meal deal to take home to my kids. I pick up the order, nobody says anything to me during this process. I parked the car to check for my food because I was hungry after work and proceed to notice I don't have a chicken pot pie. i go into the store to polietly ask for what was missing in my order, it takes 4 employees, for who was the manager to say " we were out of potpies so I just gave you a KFC bowl". Don't order here. Ive tried multiple times all I get is mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese and all 3 times they give me 2 mashed potatoes. Service sucks
