I was served moldy cake and the manager didn't seem to care over the phone. The extra crispy chicken was very dry and tough as if it sat out all day. The manager said that the extra crispy chicken is suppose to be dry......Really? Anyhow, I spent $30 on a meal I could not eat and was not offered an apology or refund....not even from KFC Corporate. I have reported this store to the health department for serving moldy food. I would advise not to eat at this store at all. I'm surprised it hasn't been shut down yet.
