The employees at this KFC are stealing customers’ orders, and KFC is covering for them. I placed a pickup order, but when I arrived, an employee told me they had run out of Original Chicken and refused to prepare my order. She also said she could not cancel it and told me to contact my bank. I left without receiving any food. While I was already on a bus about 3 miles away from the restaurant, my order was suddenly marked as “ready for pickup” and then “picked up.” I never picked it up. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! YOU WILL REGRET IT. Very bad service. Placed an order on the app and arrived to pick up from the drive-thru. Lady answered and said one moment please , I said ok, she answered in a rude tone, I said one minute! After waiting for 4 minutes, she said I have to go inside the store.
