This was my 2nd time at this location. I went through the drive thru. I wish I had got the name of the young man working the window (9/24 at 11:20am). He was very nice and personable! This was by far the best customer service I have ever had at a KFC. The food was also good and fresh. I will return to this location.
Worst KFC/A&W ever sat in parking lot after ordering in drive thru for 20 minutes
Honestly I’m so upset. Went to this location and ordered a kfc meal, changed out coleslaw for Mac and cheese (which is a premium side so paid extra) to still get the coleslaw. Ordered the A&W root beer float and it was barely half filled. Rude service and didn’t get my correct order.
Food is ok and it happens to be freshly made the times I've gone there. However, the place really needs a good deep cleaning everywhere: bathrooms, lobby, floors, etc.
