This place will have you standing/sitting and waiting for 40-45 minutes, just to get the wrong order.
We placed a mobile order for $20 tender meal. When they brought it out to us the coleslaw was on the bottom under all he hot food. Also we ordered 4 sauces and there were none in the bag. And lastly, we ordered fried pickles with ranch, however there was no ranch either. One other note…the tenders were extremely peppery. Very disappointed!!
only come to this place if you’re in no hurry to eat!! placed a pick up order for 8:15 pm. waited a few minutes before going inside because i figured they would have been busy. took about 5 minutes for someone to even talk to me. all i got was a “its going to be a minute” ok, thats fine, i guess. food was ready 30+ minutes after i walked in and instead of sitting it in the mobile pick up area, the worker just let it sit there behind the counter!!
Sixteen minute wait for chicken at 6:00 pm. Ridiculous. Doors were locked for dining room and the drive thru worker was rude Do better KFC
This place takes forever and never has anything you ask for. It needs torn down and new one built because this is a rats nest
