I’m not sure if the new expectation when eating out is to have hair in my food every time, but, sure enough, I almost finished my entire meal before discovering there was hair in my food. My chicken was extremely hard, like it had been over cooked, or had been sitting out then reheated. People taking orders in drive thru are extremely rude as well. Won’t be back.
Taco Bell also inside
Ordered to drive thru & asked if I could add to my order & that I didn’t mind parking to wait for the food. The young girl at the drive thru asked the manager “Jesus could she add to her order” he said no that I had to drive around again to order more food. Which is sooo stupid because I still had to wait like 5 mins for my receipt AT THE DRIVE THRU. I ended parking & walking inside to order. He had a totally different attitude then. But yes he was so unprofessional. The girls were very nice.
Kind and efficient employees at this KFC/Taco Bell. Most of the dining area was in the sun around dinner time. My crunchy taco shells were already broken when I opened them to eat. I know it happens, but that's usually rare when I go to a Taco Bell. Overall clean.
Had the chicken & biscuits. Biscuits were horrible! And what the heck is Honey Sauce? Not honey, that’s for sure. I would not recommend KFC as an eatery based on poor quality of their food. Sadly, Not like it use to be
