Placed an online order, pulled to the drivethru snd was told an additional 10 minutes on an item i ordered. Woman said pull to the side and shed bring it out. Well 20+ minutes go by and still nothing. Go inside and sure enough the order is sitting on the counter. The young lady said they don't bring food out to cars. Called and spoke to the manager on duty who apologized. Never got an order correct here. Service is garbage
Ordered my food online, I was made to go around the drive through several times because they were on a timer. Never been to a fast food place that made me lap the store several times to pick up my food. Then, told me off at window for not announcing my name when I pulled up to the window after just saying it in the speaker 50 seconds before that. I then get my food, and its cold. I don't think I will go e this location another chance.
WORST PLACE EVER.... Drive thru workers refused to answer me, took them about 10 minutes to register i was there, then they said thr chicken was FULLY frozen and didn't want to thaw it out or cook any chicken basically, then a worker had no gloves on, and picked up a dirty napkin off the floor and went straight back to working on cooking food and the manager was hiding in the back when they heard us arguing with the worker and then tried giving up an 8 piece chicken meal when we ordered 20, so we agreed on 18 piece...
