The only good thing about this visit was the BBQ sauce cup. Disgusting popcorn chicken, hard as a rock. This establishment is well known for being ridiculously inedible. Close it down would be my suggestion. Perpetual terrible food.
This location never have enough workers, food available or customer service skills to be worth going to.
Out of all the times I have ate there, yesterday was awful!!!! I ordered a 4 piece meal mixed. The best part was the fries! The chicken wing and leg looked like they came from a quail! Very small and way overcooked!!! Hard. The thigh was overcooked too but not as hard and the breast was cooked but skin was "mushy" like it had been lying there for a while and the meat was very dry. Ordered the 8 pc family bucket meal and it was a bad experience. Wanted extra crispy and all they had was wings so we were loaded up with 4 of them. The rest of the chicken was original but it had been under a heat lamp so long it was dried out like Jerky and the coating falling off. Our dogs didn't mind though. When I left there were angry customers that could not get their chicken. This was during the dinner hour about 6 pm.
