So, I was told by a worker that the time the app states is the time they get the order. Very misleading KFC. Your app says my food will be ready at that time. So can't blame each KFC business really for this I guess.

Slow as slow can be I missed an appointment because of how long this took
The food looks old and we ordered crispy came not and looked oily cold old
