Was told they did not have any fillets ready. Was told to pull up. Waited about 10 minutes before reversing. The drive thru lady looked at us and then walked away, before sending the cook to give us the sandwich. I assume she thought we were mad. They just handed us the bag and smiled. Really not that big of a deal but you could at least apologize. They 100% just forgot that we pulled up, which is interesting given we were the only customers that whole time.

Refused me service at 945pm when they close at 1030pm
I was given old chicken tenders. I was almost home and had to go back. Come to find out the manager made my food and gave me the old chicken tender. I won't be going back Kfc has fallen off.
