Ordered a 2 person combo meal to take to my daughters work for us to have lunch together. Drive thru pick up, even tho my app said the food was ready from an order placed 18mins earlier, it wasn't. Was told to pull up. Food was brought out no receipt of what was packed, just put in a plastic bag. No honey mustard sauce for the tenders which was ordered, no napkins. No silverware for the two sides to eat them and the crowning touch, a black hair in the mac and cheese. Tried calling them multiple times, no answer! Frustrated!!... read more
Helpful with what to order for what we needed. Chicken was great! However, the mac and cheese tasted bad! Did you opt for a cheaper sauce or something? May want to rethink that decision
This is outrageous!there was hair on the chicken and the taste was nasty,when we came in we ordered 16 piece original chicken but instead they gave me the wrong order!! The way the workers were treating me was horrible and they don’t know how to cooperate with customers and the services was horrible. My brother was throwing up and got sick from eating that,they should give me a refund for that.
Food was absolutely cold and horrible. No butter or honey, no utensils or napkins. The extra crispy chicken had no flavor just plain tasting.. KFC use to be sooo good. I think it's just this one. This is the second time for us and we won't ever eat here or order from here again.. Poor customer service..
W Skylar. She honored my app offer. For some reason my deal didn’t work, I spent $7 when it required a dollar for a chicken sandwich. I explained it to her and she went and made me a chicken sandwich. Fix the KFC app. I am excited to eat
