Horrible customer service
We went into KFC after not being there for quite a while and there was a young lady named Ashley that gave us great customer service and the wait time on the food was very sure and the food was great
Ordered online to wait a hour for my food to be missing half of it then the chicken was just a glob of thigh skin and grease
