I pulled into the drive thru at 10:30 at which time they were supposed to be open. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 45 minutes. I was the first in line. When I finally got up there to give my order the girls said that they couldn't help me because of some equipment failure and I'd have to wait. She took my order and asked me to pull over into the waiting parking spots. Worst KFC in the country. Poor service and the food was bad. Have tried it four times in the past few weeks. The computer was down three times and they could not take any orders and that was at lunch time. This last time, again at lunch time, the chicken was over cooked and cold.
