Haven't had KFC since the Wisconsin Dells location closed about 10 years ago. This place could be a gold mine, but it needs a lot of work. The drive-thru was backed up halfway into the parking lot, employees didn't appear professional, and I even witnessed one employee picking her nose while working. From all 4 employees I interacted only One black gentleman was nice and welcoming. Other 3 ladies didn’t show no interest in even say hi you’re welcome. Cashier was not nice at all couldn’t even consider something else on the many even so the place was empty.I was doing dine-in, but we felt really uncomfortable so decided to leave.
Worst drive through service that I have ever seen. First, did not hand me the drink after paying for the meal. Then waited 35 minutes or more without receiving anything. When we asked about it, they just said they were behind. Unable to wait any longer, we left without our food. KFC owes me $18.34.
If you want to wait 30 plus minutes for 2 small sandwiches and fries, this is your place. Went in to see 1 guy working and 4 standing around on their phones. Cars parked everywhere waiting for food.
