They kind and respectful and the food is delicious Would come back Again
Kassandra was rude. We were unable to move forward safely and she threatened not to serve us after we paid. Fries were good. Burgers were burnt and dried out.
The ladies bathroom is gross. There was no running water to wash your hands. Two employees said that is an ongoing problem. Yuck. How do employees wash their hands before returning to work. Please fix!
Food poisoned
Although they were very busy and terribly understaffed, the girl at the window who took our order made sure we got our exact food in record time. I wasn't able to get her (or their) name but they were wearing a shoulder sling and had many pins on their hat. I also noticed their card which said they had autism spectrum disorder and I just thought "employee of the year" because so many people don't understand how stressful and painful customer service can be; especially with a disability.
