I've never been in this KFC restaurant in Baraboo Wisconsin even tho I live here. We received coupons in our local shopper today and decided to give it a try. Price was extremely reasonable. Young man at the counter was super friendly and efficient. We'll certainly be back.
I wish I got her name, but it was half an hour to closing and I got my large lemonade for free. Didn't ask for it or anything, but to whoever that was who was working, thank you very much. A surprise like that made the rest of my day. :)
0 stars. drive thru experience is terrible. 20+ minutes for 2 items only for them to get my order wrong. would highly recommend to eat somewhere else.
So I had ordered a four piece tenders with a mac & cheese and a drink, and I was standing by the area where they place all those orders for to go. I was watching my order being made, and then the person who was handling my chicken tenders. She was a tall, heavy woman with short brown hair she ended up dropping all four of my tenders. Today is my second visit to this restaurant and the staff is so rude. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They pull you up every time you order i’m sure to improve drive thru times but can literally have one order on the screen. Then you order menu items from A&W side and they don’t have them makes absolutely no sense at all. Definitely the last 1$ they will get from me ….DO BETTER !!
