Sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes and the still didn't take my order so I left. Extremely understaffed
Arrived here at 7:35 with my soccer team after checking they were open till 9pm the doors were locked. After a minute the manager came out without a greeting said drive thru only with attitude, to which we asked I thought you guys were open till 9? He responded we close lobby at 8. We all checked the time and it was 7:37, we asked about that and he replied were short staffed so we close early. Unacceptable service, I understand closing the doors but when customers arrive you unlock and give them service.
Best KFC I’ve ever been to!
The lobby was closed because they were "to busy" don't waste your money!
Incredible food and Service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean dining area. Worth a visit.
