I stood at the counter and yelled “hello” 4 times, stood there for over 10 minutes, I was the only one in there restaurant; there was nobody in the drive thru either. They acted like I was bothering them when someone FINALLY appeared. I was beyond disgusted

The female manager of the store was extremely rude and I was told by another member of staff it was due to my ethnicity. This was followed up with "if you were" " (+ a different ethnicity + ) you would have been treated properly- I see her do this all the time and I'm sorry." It's 2024 and this makes me so sad to see anyone treated differently based on ethnicity. :(
