They cook the chicken and fish/shrimp in the same oil.. you can taste it!! I am allergic to fish!!!!!
First, people working here are VERY nice, no complaints there. But, 4 different visits and something missing EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always apologize and correct. Always order large coleslaw cause it's great. Container has always been packed full. This last time? Maybe half full (being generous here). Not sure what's going on with this place. Could use some quality (and quantity!) control along with focus and attention to detail. But they really are very nice...
This is the worst customer service that I've encountered at this location. The current night staff have a very lackluster attitude. They constantly mark that orders are ready for pickup when they haven't even started them. I've witnessed this first hand, numerous times. All in all, very poorly run and managed. Food orders were wrong everytime.
