While the place was crowded and only two workers ( Shawn and Curtis), the customer service was excellent!! The food was delicious and I really appreciate the patience and care from them, even though I know how hectic it was on them and it shows great leadership and customer service skills to maintain composure and still execute quick service. Thanks yall. I'll definitely be coming back because of you two.
Unbelievably bad! Workers obviously don’t want to be there, as their attitude makes it known. Missing items from an app order. Had to get back in line to get the rest of what I ordered because they locked the door at 8:30 when the lobby closes at 9 (watched the guy do it) Do not come here. This place needs to be shut down or weed out all the problems.
Abysmal Service at KFC - Where Are the Staff? I just had one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences at this KFC location. It was well past the usual lunch rush, and frankly, the staff seemed to have completely vanished. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, waited, and waited... nothing.
