Very rude both window and server. Don't ask questions. Attitudes drove 30 minutes away to find out i didn't receive all of my order.no sauces or napkin. Poor service.
If I could be a secret shopper I would. No type of personality from the order takers on the inside. Had to wait 25-30 minutes for my order and when it was completed she just sat it on the counter. Do better KFC.
Took 20 minutes with my order. I know 20 minutes sounds good but not when it’s considered a “fast food” and people usually come here during their break or lunch times
I ordered 12 hot wings and was told to pull up by the time I pulled up my wings was out the door but half done . I have been calling and calling and yet to get an answer ..
Ridiculous wait times and they never give you everything you order. I wouldn't mind the wait so much if they could get my order correct
