I came to get some chicken on my lunch break a couple days ago and got some bad service. I was told I would have to wait (which is no problem) for fresh chicken. After I waited, I was still given the old one! That made me waste 25 minutes for no reason. On top of that, I received atitude from one of the cashiers for asking if my chicken could get replaced after waiting! That's unbelievable.
They gave my order to another dasher and didn't want to give me a refund and then decided to block my number so I couldn't call them
