I ordered the four piece mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese didn't give me no silverware and the chicken was burnt you lost me as a customer I'll be going to the new Lee's Chicken on Bryan Road when it opens up

Absolutely terrible. KFC needs to shut this store down. Wow.
Wouldnt let me cancel my order when doordashers are confused. If the store is out of what someone ordered, it should be implemented to switch stores easily. Bonus points for not being able to answer customer calls aswell, very disappointed. Will not be ordering again
