Decided to give KFC another chance, and they blew it. Chicken was overcooked and dry, coleslaw was warm because they put hot mashed potatoes on top of them. Waited for almost 30 minutes for my food as did others. Definitely will not be back!
My husband and and I came in ofallon missouri kfc about 2 times in a 2 week span great service great workers and great managers food was delicious we were in there august 31st at about 1 30 pm a quarter til 2 pm manager mecca was very helpful and polite and the other worker was working that day was also kind I must say this location is the best kfc in the whole st charles county my family and I enjoyed every time we come in drive through we dined in 2 times already 😊 👍 and it's always very clean and pleasant way to go ofal... read more
We didn't have to wait too long for the food, once we got it most of it was hot except for the wedges they were cold. One thing I didn't like to see were employees grazing in the kitchen while preparing orders and working. One girl in the back was eating biscuits and another person snacking on popcorn chicken.
They were working together very well to get orders out despite not having enough staff to cover the registers. The Kiosk worked fine. Watched an older gentleman get upset about that and leave. But staff remained professional and courteous. Watching their communication with each other was nice to see such team work. Everything tasted great! Keep up the good work.
Good, I love mashed potatoes & corn combo!!! Chicken tenders, Pot pies & popcorn chicken are the bomb!!!
