The manager seem to be the only person able to do the job
They used to use a nice square box for the fans favorite box. It had all types of sauces and very handy for travel. Last two times I have been here though weeks apart they keep saying they are out of the boxes. So they give you everything in smaller boxes. They had me pull up so they could cook it but when they brought it out it was like they mixed old and fresh. Everybody knows you dont do that. Then to make matters worse I had to go inside to get any sauces or napkins. Place has really went down hill. Used to be great.
OUR FOOD WAS MADE SUPER FRESH AND THE WAIT WAS VERY WORTH IT ALL. Update September 29 2025 my mom was disrespected. Was supposed to get a 3pc meal 😕 called to the store then went back and idk if its the grease old or just old chicken but the experience today was horrible for my elderly mother. I truly dont appreciate the rudeness bc customers are your job security no matter where you go to work. No customers or clients equals no jobs. It takes very little to be kind.
