Gave you the wrong order charge you extra it won’t let you get into the building. Try to dine in, but they had the dining room closed on 4 July weekend.
Lobby not open due to 1/2 inch of rain. I guess a flipping mop is pass thier skill set. Why don't they just close totally for good!
Service gets zero stars. The staff was rude and dirty. The corporate office should have a visit. We love KFC in general but this location needs a lot of work and classes on hygiene and customer service.
They've stopped doing refunds regardless of how they mess up the order. I ordered my meal ahead of time so that I could get what we wanted. They gave me my drink and then told me to pull around. There were 5 cars waiting, and it took another 20 minutes to get my food. My drink was all watered down by the time I got home, and I didn't bother to check if it was right or not after the wait. Their comeback sauce certainly won't be a reason for me to go back.
