Always missing items, taking orders wrong, and having attitude for no reason. I'm not the customer who just pissed you off five minutes ago, don't take that bullshit out at me. Hire less rude workers that know what they're doing. There's always some argument going on inside and they're always talking nasty about other customers when you pull up.
Horrible customer service by some woman at the window. When I asked for a famous bowl after they have a sign that says no crispy chicken, etc she said with an attitude,SO WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT! I drove away. She had an attitude because I asked do they have chicken for the famous bowl.
Food tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Nuggets tasted eggy. Missing sauces and sides. Poorly managed location. Total mess
If they don’t want people parking next to the sidewalk, they should paint the entire sidewalk yellow so it’s actually considered illegal to park there because having a section that’s not yellow makes it seem like it’s OK to park there and then telling them if they’re gonna make people walk back-and-forth instead of just taking care of business is like a power trip for the employees
Amazing staff, always willing to fix a mistake and do a great job keeping up with such a busy location.
