I went to KFC on Sunday to pick up dinner for my family. When I arrived, I was told they had no chicken ready and that it would take 15 minutes to cook. I waited in my car and went back inside 20 minutes later, only to be told it was still cooking. I then waited another 10 minutes, and after that they still took about 5 more minutes just to pack the order. In total, I waited around 40 minutes just to receive my food.
