I wanted to give a good review but I can't. We walked in and not one worker acknowledged us. When we finally were waited on, there was no greeting, no thank you, not one response. We waited for a good 5 minutes and received our food. It was old, cold and disgusting. When I asked for new fries, they put the old ones in the microwave and brought them back! Unfortunately we won't be back. I know good help is hard to find, but you can still have quality standards and not serve inedible food. Unacceptable.
Ordered on the mobile app at 3:00 for a 5:00 pick up. Got there a little before 5:00 and was told it's not ready yet, no big deal, I got there early. 5:15 rolls around and still no food. Go up to the counter and was told they are waiting on tenders. I ask how long and was told they have not even started cooking them yet. Went to drive thru and they said drive thu was closed, went inside to order, employee was on phone ignoring the line of customers
So rude and disgusting found a piece of gum in my coleslaw and they didn’t care when I told them the costumer service is so rude worst workers there ever please hire new people!!!
