Save your time and money. Goto chikfilet next door for premium food and service. This cicero branch. The operations needs serious overhaul. The Kitchens Dirty, and understaffed, the bathrooms are nasty. Im sure theres multiple state health code violations going on behind the counter. The Service is terrible. I was there today and the young man helping was great but behind the counter ther is a woman wearing a shirt that let's her armpits hang out i no it is hot but when you are in the restaurant business it gets hot and I also know that it is not health food and safety approved.

I wanted to give a good review but I can't. We walked in and not one worker acknowledged us. When we finally were waited on, there was no greeting, no thank you, not one response. We waited for a good 5 minutes and received our food. It was old, cold and disgusting. When I asked for new fries, they put the old ones in the microwave and brought them back! Unfortunately we won't be back. I know good help is hard to find, but you can still have quality standards and not serve inedible food. Unacceptable.

Ordered on the mobile app at 3:00 for a 5:00 pick up. Got there a little before 5:00 and was told it's not ready yet, no big deal, I got there early. 5:15 rolls around and still no food. Go up to the counter and was told they are waiting on tenders. I ask how long and was told they have not even started cooking them yet. Now mind you there are like 5 other customers standing around waiting for their orders as well. 5:30 rolls around and still no order.
