Gave me the complete wrong order, then when I tried to get my real order they wouldn't give it to me and tried to comp me with a side of fries
We stopped at the Cicero KFC on Thursday evening Purchased a 3pc box and a 4pc box upcharged for every piece of chicken. We wanted all white meat. Also ordered a pot pie. Another person brought his pot pie up to the counter burned, dried out. Should have returned ours, we arrived home and ours was so hard and dried up inside, it was inedible. Compared to other KFC in the region Pulaski consistently has quick almost instant Service response. Typically, I get my food before I can pour my drinks
Decent meal if you're looking for something quick not sure if it is but I certainly taste Burger King in McDonald's when you're in a hurry
Drive thru lady is a jerk. Didn't ask what I ordered. Tried charging me again for online order. Called the cops when I told her she wasn't doing her job well. What a joke. Someone fire her. 0 customer service.
