At 6 pm I was told I'd have to wait 25 minutes for chicken, so I orders a pot pie and was told that also required a 25 minute wait. I then ordered a big bowl and I only had a few pieces of chicken in it. I find it to be very poor time management to be out of both items at prime supper time. Very disappointed.
Placed an order for Pick Up via the KFC app. We arrived 20 minutes early so we went inside to inquire about our pick up time of 7:30pm and was told the order wouldn’t even be started till 7:30. The app showed our wait time 51-61 minutes In addition to that, customers waiting to order inside were told they would need to wait till the Drive Thru was waited on!
