Spent $40 on food to not get it. They told me I'd have to come back the following day to get my food. It was a online order. Terrible service.
Our nuggets were very old and dry. The fried pickles were as chewy as shoe leather, and our fries were clearly old as well. The Famous Bowl was ruined by the same old and dry nuggets. While the staff was friendly, it seemed like working was an inconvenience at best. Meanwhile the entire floor was sticky. It was not a good experience, and I am glad we did not stay there to eat.
They mess up our order every single time always check to make sure you got everything because you probably didn't
They close the lobby before they are supposed to and attitudes suck
